Shipping of Your Order

Most product orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Online orders for made-to-order
items including all curtains and valances, larger table runners and place mats we try to ship within 7 to 10 business days.
- Some curtain rods require an additional handling fee due to their length. The additional handling charge is $7.50 per box. If you order more than one curtain rod we try to fit them into one box so that you only have this additional handling fee charged only once.
- If you request an alternative delivery address through UPS after you receive a delivery attempt from UPS an additional charge of $8.00 will be charged to your order.
- If an item is currently out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders placed on a weekend will receive an order confirmation email, and your order will be processed on Monday morning. Most orders placed on weekends will ship on the next business day, which is Monday.
- Custom orders are accepted and done on a first come first serve basis and usually they will ship within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on our work volume.
- We only ship to US patron and US addresses.
- We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Below there is a map showing the transit standards for UPS Ground.
Orders for Christmas delivery must be placed by 8 AM EST December 18th. After December 16th, all west coast orders should be placed using 3 Day Select shipping option. These are the zones to the left of the states shown in green, including Florida. Please review the map below to see the estimated delivery time required for your order. Orders placed using UPS Ground option will not arrive in time for Christmas Delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Orders for custom made or made to order items can not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
