Return and Refund Policies

  1. Merchandise must be returned in the ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition that we shipped to you. WROUGHT IRON PRODUCTS: If you affix or mount an item, it is not refundable, therefore not returnable.
  2. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt. Shipping or postage charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns that are received after 15 days. However, we can not refund postage or shipping on any returns.
  3. Returns should be insured. Damages which occurred in transit for a returned item that was not insured is non-refundable.
  4. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise that is not in the "original product" packaging.
  5. Made-to-order curtains and valances are made especially for you. They are returnable but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  6. Custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  7. Cut yardage (fabric by the yard) purchases are non-refundable. Fabric fat quarters are offered for samples to help you make the best possible purchase decision when ordering fabrics, custom products or made to order curtains, valances, and swags. Refused Orders

  1. Any orders refused upon delivery or unclaimed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  2. No refund will be given for shipping on any order refused upon delivery or those requiring a signature (unclaimed) and are returned.
  3. Any additional shipping charges incurred such as an address correction fee and return shipping charges will also be deducted from any refused or unclaimed order refund.

Damages

  1. All orders are shipped with insurance and claims are handled in accordance with the carrier's policies. If you should receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately so we may assist you in the immediate replacement of your items and we will arrange a pick up of the damaged item or items.
  2. DO NOT RETURN damaged items without prior approval. We will arrange for pick-up and replacement of your order. If you return a damaged item without contacting us, we can not issue you a refund.
