Print your choice of the fabric swatch order form.  Send payment with a business size #10, large self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) and a note stating which color and pattern of an applique design you would like included to:

Special Note on Homespun Fabric Swatch Orders

  • Requests not stating color and patterns will not be filled. Requests without a SASE or PAYMENT will not be filled. Swatch sizes are are approximately 3 to 4 inch squares. Swatches will include applique fabrics samples only if an applique is stated.
